Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
500 grammes de jeunes pousses de salade (roquette, mâche, laitue rouge, romaine)
3 cuillères à soupe d’huile à la truffe noire
1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre de xérès
Un peu de jus de truffe noire (facultatif)
Légumes de saison si vous souhaitez agrémenter votre salade.
Poivre blanc
Fleur de sel à la truffe noire
Préparation
Lavez et essorez les jeunes pousses de salade.
Dans un saladier, mélangez l’huile, le vinaigre et le jus de truffe. Poivrez.
Ajoutez les jeunes pousses de salades et mélangez bien.
Ensuite, ajoutez les légumes de saison préalablement nettoyés et coupés.
Mélangez à nouveau.
Pour finir, assaisonnez avec la fleur de sel à la truffe noire.
