2 tournedos de bœuf
15 à 20 grammes de truffes noires
20 cl de crèmes liquide entière
Poivre
Fleur de sel à la truffe
Le jus de la truffe
200 grammes de tagliatelle fraîches
Préparation
Deux heures avant votre repas, versez la crème liquide, le jus de truffe noire et la truffe noire râpée dans un récipient hermétique. Entreposez au réfrigérateur.
Le reste de la recette se fait au moment du repas.
Faîtes bouillir un grand volume d’eau salée afin de faire cuire les pâtes. Faites les cuire 5 minutes à ébullition et égouttez-les.
Pendant la cuisson des pâtes, faites cuire les tournedos dans une poêle bien chaude et légèrement huilée.
Lorsque les tournedos sont cuits (à votre convenance), déglacez avec la crème liquide entière à la truffe noire. Ne pas porter à ébullition. Salez et poivrez.
Servez chaud accompagné des pâtes fraîches et nappé de sauce à la truffe noire.
